The 2021 Benefits Open Enrollment period is May 3 - May 19, 2021.
(Plan Year July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022.)

The annual Benefits Open Enrollment period is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll, cancel, waive coverage, change plans and add or drop coverage for your eligible spouse and/or dependent children.

Individuals enrolled in a State of Delaware non-Medicare health plan are automatically enrolled in the prescription drug plan administered by CVS Caremark. CVS Caremark provides an Automatic Refill and Renewal program for home delivery, CVS Pharmacy Pickup and Delivery Options and over 66,000 pharmacies are available under the CVS Caremark network. You will also have access to a variety of digital tools that offer ability to check drug cost and coverage, request a prescription, view ID Card and manage your profile. Individuals enrolled in a State of Delaware Aetna or Highmark Delaware non-Medicare health plan are automatically enrolled in this FREE benefit. SurgeryPlus provides an alternative to using your health plan for a planned surgical procedure that is not an emergency. It requires doctors and facilities to meet strict credential guidelines leading to the highest quality care possible. SurgeryPlus negotiates a single cost (bundled rate) for the entire surgical procedure, resulting in savings to the State of Delaware. These savings are shared with the member through financial incentives. As a result, members will not have to pay a copay, deductible or coinsurance for any services through SurgeryPlus. The ComPsych® GuidanceResources® program is a FREE program available exclusively for State of Delaware Group Health Plan non-Medicare members and their dependents. The program offers someone to talk to and resources to consult whenever and wherever you need them. Members can call the toll-free number at 877-527-4742 directly for 24/7 access to a GuidanceConsultant℠, who will answer your questions and, if needed, refer you to a counselor or other resources such as work-life, legal and financial support.
