(Plan Year July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)

Unless you experience a qualifying event, Open Enrollment is your only chance to enroll, cancel coverage, or change plans for yourself, an eligible spouse, or dependent children.

New Hire

If you are a newly hired benefit-eligible employee, please visit your Human Resources/Benefits Office to enroll in your benefits.

Qualifying Event Status Change

If you want to make a benefit or dependent change as a result of a qualifying event during the year, you must contact your organization's Human Resources or Benefits Office within 30 days of the qualifying event and request the change.
