Special Medicfill Open Enrollment

The 2025 Special Medicfill Open Enrollment period is October 20 – 31, 2025 for the Plan Year January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.

Open Enrollment is a once-a-year opportunity to make a change to the Medicare supplement health plan (with or without prescription). Eligible Qualified Beneficiaries (QB) cannot make changes to vision, dental, and non-Medicare health plan elections at this time. QBs may refer to the COBRA Member Portal Instructions  for guidance on how to make changes during Open Enrollment. For questions, contact the Statewide Benefits Office at 1-800-489-8933.
