The Division of Talent Management proudly serves the State of Delaware by delivering statewide expertise in workforce planning, accrued leave compliance, centralized onboarding and offboarding, Statewide New Hire Orientation, policy development, and the interpretation of Federal and State laws, Merit Rules, and employment regulations that guide our agencies.
