This can be a particularly difficult time for those who are grieving a loss, processing other trauma, or experiencing financial strain. Learn more about strategies and resources to help benefit-eligible State of Delaware employees, retirees, and their families manage holiday stress on the American Psychological Association website or the Behavioral Health/Emotional Wellbeing page (Medicare Pensioners version).
