The 2024 Open Enrollment period is closed.
(Plan Year July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)

Unless you experience a qualifying event, Open Enrollment is your only chance to enroll, cancel coverage, or change plans for yourself, an eligible spouse, or dependent children.

New Enrollment

COBRA Participants must enroll within 60 days of receiving their qualifying event notice. Completed election forms and premium payments should be submitted directly to ASI COBRA.

COBRA Participants must make their initial premium payment within 45 days after electing COBRA coverage. After the initial premium payment is made, monthly premiums are due by the first of the month.

Qualifying Event Status Change

If you want to make a benefit or dependent change as a result of a qualifying event during the year, you must contact ASI COBRA within 30 days of the qualifying event and request the change.
