Dental Plan - Delta Dental
The PPO Plus Premier Plan, administered by Delta Dental, allows you to visit any licensed dentist you choose. Qualified expenses include preventive services, basic services, major services, and orthodontic benefits. Members save the most when visiting a dentist who participates with Delta Dental. The plan provides in- and out-of-network dental benefits with a small deductible. A coinsurance applies for dental services after the deductible is met.
