The DHMO Dental Plan, administered by Dominion National, offers comprehensive in-network only benefits for fixed copays. Qualified expenses include preventive services, basic services, major services, and orthodontic benefits. Members must use a participating in-network dentist to receive benefits. This plan does not have a deductible or out-of-network benefits.
