Enrollment - Participating Groups
The 2024 Open Enrollment period is closed.
(Plan Year July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)
Unless you experience a qualifying event, Open Enrollment is your only chance to enroll, cancel coverage, or change plans for yourself, an eligible spouse, or dependent children.
Important: Your benefits may be different from what is presented on this page. Please refer to the State Benefit Resources for Participating Groups document or contact your Human Resource/Benefits Office for information regarding your benefits and premiums (rates). If you are a University of Delaware employee, you can access your employer’s website here. The following State of Delaware benefit programs are only offered to specific Participating Group employers:

- Securian Financial’s Accident & Critical Illness Insurance (applies to UD)
