The 2024 Open Enrollment period is closed.
(Plan Year July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025)
Unless you experience a qualifying event, Open Enrollment is your only chance to enroll, cancel coverage, or change plans for yourself, an eligible spouse, or dependent children.

Please refer to the State Benefit Resources for Participating Groups document or contact your Human Resource/Benefits Office for information regarding your benefits and premiums (rates). If you are a University of Delaware employee, you can access your employer’s website here. The following State of Delaware benefit programs are only offered to specific Participating Group employers:

- Securian Financial’s Accident & Critical Illness Insurance (applies to UD)
