There are many factors that contribute to heart disease, such as smoking, lack of physical activity, obesity, and a poor diet. You can prevent heart disease by implementing simple lifestyle changes into your daily routine. Here, you can find all of the resources available to you to help you prevent or manage heart disease and help keep you healthy.
