Supervisory Development Certificate Program

The State of Delaware's Statewide Training and Organization Development provides a Supervisory Development Certificate (SDC) program. First-line supervisors, as well as potential supervisors, need a comprehensive, progressive series of developmental opportunities to continually improve their performance. This certificate program encourages supervisors to improve individual, team, and organizational performance. In addition, investment in the development of state supervisors will greatly enhance the state's succession management.
