Helpful Tips for Completing the Online Courses
- If you need to reset your password for the Delaware Learning Center (DLC), your User ID is your Employee ID number.
- If you experience issues with being able to view the online courses, please try Google Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser. Turning off your pop-up blocker may help too.
Delaware Learning Center (DLC): this applies to State Agency employees (including DOE).
Instructions:
- Access the Delaware Learning Center through either State Sign-On or Standard Login.
- Once logged in, type the title of the course you want to complete in the search box (located at the top right corner of the screen). Or, you can type “SBO” in the search box to view the full list of courses available.
- Locate and select a course from the list. Click Launch.
- After you finish a course, there may be an evaluation. Complete the evaluation in order to receive full credit and/or provide feedback.
