Take advantage of Aetna's monthly wellness webinars addressing different topics such as healthy eating, fitness, mental health, and more. The webinars are FREE and available to employees, pensioners and their family members, regardless of enrollment in an Aetna health plan. No registration is needed.     • Description: Even though we are all aware of the importance of wearing sunscreen and to limit sun exposure, many fail to recognize that sun exposure can cause long-term damage to our bodies. This in-depth seminar discusses sunburn, sun protection tips, heat rash, and the importance of hydration in the heat. Participants will leave this class with the resources and knowledge to make the right decisions to protect themselves from the risks of the sun.
  • Family & Friends – Summer Planning for Families - Attend
    • Date: July 25, 2024
    • Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
    • Description: In this seminar, we're going to update you on what options are available for summer camp, summer school/tutoring, childcare programs and summer jobs. We’ll also cover how you can take a balanced approach to your planning, such as finding a balance between structured and unstructured time, how to involve your children in the decision-making process, determining budgets for camps/summer programs as a family, and helping create a summer job action plan. Other topics covered will include camp healthy and safety and family vacation planning.
