HIPAA Training for Members of the HIPAA Workforce – Delaware Learning Center (DLC)

- If you need to reset your password for the Delaware Learning Center (DLC), your User ID is your Employee ID number.
- Use either Google Chrome, Firefox, or Edge to complete the course – DO NOT use Internet Explorer.

Delaware Learning Center (DLC) applies to State Agency employees (including DOE) and PHRST users.

Follow the instructions below to complete the training:

Access the Delaware Learning Center through either State Sign-On or Standard Login.

Once logged in, go to your transcript on the Welcome page.

From your transcript page, you can view details about the course and use the blue box to the right of the training title to launch the course.
Once the HIPAA course is complete, you will automatically receive email reminders to retake the online course when it is due for renewal.

Access the Delaware Learning Center through either State Sign-On or Standard Login.

Once logged in, type HIPAA Training for Members of the HIPAA Workforce in the search box (located at the top right corner of the screen).

Click on the course titled HIPAA Training for Members of the HIPAA Workforce.

When the Training Details screen opens, click Launch to open the course.
Once the HIPAA course is complete, you will automatically receive email reminders to retake the online course when it is due for renewal.
