Who It’s For
If you are employed by the State of Delaware and are not enrolled in a State of Delaware Aetna or Highmark Delaware Health Plan because you are not eligible for benefits or because you are a new employee waiting for your coverage, you can use the RxSavingsPlus card to get prescription discounts for the whole family.
How It Works
You can get a card online by providing your email address. Then, price your prescription medications to see how much you’ll save with the RxSavingsPlus card. To start saving, simply print the card or display it on your mobile device and show it at your local pharmacy. You are responsible for paying the full amount of the discounted price of your medication or service at the time of purchase.

State of Delaware Aetna or Highmark Delaware Health Plan Members with Prescription Coverage through CVS Caremark
Good news - You can save on non-covered prescriptions.
You can now save on medications that aren’t covered under your prescription plan. All you need to do is present your CVS Caremark prescription card when you fill your non-covered prescription, and you’ll save on generic medications and brand-name medications.
This is a benefit enhancement offered by the State of Delaware at no cost to you. You or anyone in your family can receive a discount on non-covered medications at more than 65,000 participating pharmacies nationwide.
