Sponsorship Opportunities

Each year the Office of Women’s Advancement & Advocacy, Delaware Women’s Hall of Fame Committee, and the State of Delaware honors remarkable Delaware women by inducting them into the Delaware Women’s Hall of Fame. The ceremony, which includes a reception in their honor, is an opportunity to learn more about their achievements and to inspire others to make a positive impact throughout our state. It is also an opportunity to honor past Hall of Fame of Delaware Women recipients who are still with us today.

This is truly a special occasion, rich in recognition, networking, and celebration. Past events have included engaging video presentations and speeches have been enhanced by a social media corner, live music, a printed event program and of course, delicious food!

Sponsoring the Delaware Women’s Hall of Fame is a great way to support the honorees and ensure that Hall of Fame events remain accessible to all in our communities. Please note that all funds obtained from sponsorships go directly towards supporting Hall of Fame events.

Sponsorship Packages

$8,000 - Gold Sponsor

Two reserved tables of tickets (8 per table for a total of 16 tickets).
Name prominently listed on printed welcome sign as gold sponsor.
On-stage acknowledgement.
Two individual slides in digital program featuring company/organization/individual name.

$4,000 - Silver Sponsor

One reserved table of tickets (8 tickets).
Name prominently listed on printed welcome sign at event as silver sponsor.
One individual slide in digital program featuring Company/Organization/Individual name.

$1,500 - Bronze Sponsor

1/2 table of reserved tickets (4 tickets).
Name prominently listed on printed welcome sign at event as bronze sponsor.
Display of Company/Organization/Individual on group “Bronze Sponsor” slide in digital program.

$300 - Friend of Hall of Fame

Two reserved tickets.
Recognition during the event.

Please note that all sponsorships are limited and subject to approval. Please make the check out to the State of Delaware and send it to the Delaware Department of Human Resources, ATTN: Cherie Dodge Biron, 841 Silver Lake Blvd., Suite 100, Dover, DE 19904. In the memo line, please write “Sponsorship-Hall of Fame.” Include a contact name, number, and email with the payment. Checks must be received by midnight on September 20th, 2024.

For our bronze, silver, and gold sponsors; logos and slides must be sent in a JPEG format to emily.belitskus@delaware.gov by midnight on September 23, 2024.
