Donated Leave

The Donated Leave Program helps you when you face a catastrophic illness or injury and have exhausted your own paid leave.

You May Qualify If

  1. You have worked at least 6 months
  2. You used all of your sick leave and at least half of your annual leave
  3. Your provider confirms you have a qualifying catastrophic condition

Program Highlights

  • Coworkers can donate leave to support you
  • You may receive donated leave for up to 182 days per incident
  • Donated leave must run with FMLA or provisional STDI when applicable

Donors May

  • Give up to half of their yearly sick leave without a match
  • Donate more with a 2-to-1 sick-to-annual match
