Continuous FMLA

Continuous FMLA gives you extended, uninterrupted time away from work for serious health or family needs. This leave is protected under the federal Family and Medical Leave Act.

When You Can Use Continuous FMLA

You may qualify for continuous FMLA if you need time away for:

  • Your own serious health condition
  • A spouse, child, or parent with a serious health condition
  • Pregnancy and childbirth recovery

  • Military caregiver needs
