Pregnancy-Related Leave
You may use FMLA for:
- Prenatal appointments
- Pregnancy complications
- Bed rest
- Childbirth
- Recovery after delivery
Bonding Leave
You may use bonding leave within 12 months of:
- Giving birth
- Adopting a child
- Receiving a foster placement
Depending on your situation, you may also be eligible for:
- Short-Term Disability Insurance (STDI)
- Paid Parental Leave
