Beginning in 2026, Delaware Paid Leave will provide wage benefits for medical and family needs.
You May Be Eligible If
- You have worked for the same employer for at least one year
- You worked at least 1,250 hours during that year
Covered Reasons
- Your own serious health condition
- Caring for a family member
- Bonding with a child
- Military family needs
Benefits
- Up to 12 weeks of paid leave
- Up to 80% wage replacement, limited by a weekly maximum
