Training and HR Solutions
The Division of Training and HR Solutions supports State employees through training, leadership development, and organizational support services. The Division also manages statewide HR systems, including the Delaware Learning Center, Delaware LaunchPad, and DHR OnBase, and oversees the Statewide New Employee Orientation program to help employees start their careers in State government.
