New Hire
If you are a newly hired benefit-eligible employee, please visit your Human Resources/Benefits Office to enroll in your benefits.
Qualifying Event Status Change
If you want to make a benefit or dependent change as a result of a qualifying event during the year, you must contact your organization's Human Resources/Benefits Office within 30 days of the qualifying event and request the change.
