Gender Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Toolkit
The following resources include a set of tools to help transitioning employees, human resources representatives, and supervisors. Those tools include guidance documents for both transitioning individuals and human resources professionals and managers, a workplace transition plan, and an HR checklist of required actions. Providing a transitioning employee with the Guidance for Transitioning Individuals and completion of the Workplace Transition Plan are both required per the Gender Identity Policy and Procedure. There are additional resources for managers and colleagues to learn how to best support transgender employees in the workplace, including a guide to understanding and using terminology appropriately.
