The Department of Treasury and the IRS issued Notice 2025-15 with guidance on the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act that no longer requires employers to automatically mail Form 1095-C to individuals. However, individuals may still receive a copy of their 1095-C Form upon request. The request must be sent to the Statewide Benefits Office, 841 Silver Lake Blvd., Suite 100, Dover, DE 19904 or via email to Benefits@Delaware.Gov. Individuals with questions can call 1-800-489-8933. Requests will be satisfied within 30 days.
