State Vision Plans - EyeMed
EyeMed administers the State’s Low Vision Plan and the High Vision Plan. Both plans provide the same network of participating providers. This network is called Insight. You can choose one of the two plan options. Members have the flexibility to use in-network or out-of-network providers. However, choosing in-network providers will give members the best value.
The benefits under the State of Delaware’s EyeMed plans include coverage for an exam with dilation (as necessary), frame, lenses or contact lenses and much more. The State’s vision plans also offer hearing care discounts.
