Giovanna A. Andrews

Giovanna A. Andrews is the founder & CEO of Harper’s Heart, a nonprofit organization serving the needs of mothers with children aged 0-24 months old. Founded in 2018, just shy of 6 months after giving birth to her daughter Isabella Harper. Andrews created this organization to bridge the gap of accessibility to vital essentials for mothers in need.

Andrews has fostered relationships and partnered with organizations such as Medela, AmeriHealth DE, Evenflo and the Kenny Family Foundation to name a few. Her work has been recognized both locally and nationally, notably appearing on the Kelly Ripa & Ryan Secrest show. As well as, given the prestigious Jefferson Award in 2019. Andrews has dedicated her life’s work to redefining social service.

Her work makes it possible for women to experience motherhood with comfort, love and ease.

Dr. Dane Bluestone, DrPH, LPCMH

Dr. Dane Bluestone, DrPH, LPCMH is a public health and behavioral health leader with extensive experience in healthcare operations, mental health services, and organizational development. As Director of Mental Health & Public Health at Atracare, she oversees behavioral health programs, quality improvement initiatives, compliance, workforce development, and strategic growth across multiple clinical sites.

Dr. Bluestone holds a Doctor of Public Health in Health Management and Policy from Samford University, a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware. She has successfully secured and managed more than $2.1 million in state and federal grant funding to expand access to rural healthcare, behavioral health services, telehealth, and substance use disorder treatment programs.

Dr. Bluestone is passionate about advancing health equity, improving patient outcomes, and developing sustainable systems of care. Her work combines clinical expertise, public health leadership, and strategic planning to strengthen healthcare access and improve community well-being throughout Delaware.

Dr. DeJ’a Crippen, PT, DPT

Dr. DeJ’a Crippen, PT, DPT, is the founder and CEO of Steady Steps Physical Therapy, a mobile and telehealth vestibular practice serving Sussex County, Delaware. She specializes in treating dizziness, vestibular dysfunction, and balance disorders while working to improve access to specialized care throughout underserved communities in Delaware.

Dr. DeJ’a earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Joseph’s University and has held diverse clinical roles across the country, including helping develop a vestibular rehabilitation program at Fort Defiance Indian Health Service in Arizona. In addition to her clinical work, she is a passionate advocate, mentor, and national leader within the physical therapy profession.

She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy’s EMBRACE Committee and Early Career Leader for the Vestibular Special Interest Group, where she helps advance equity in care, education, and research while mentoring future clinicians. Dr. DeJ’a has also advocated for Delaware patients and healthcare professionals through multiple visits to Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.

As a way of giving back to the community, Dr. DeJ’a also hosts monthly balance workshops and free balance screenings for various communities throughout Delaware to help promote fall prevention, education, and wellness awareness.

Through entrepreneurship, advocacy, mentorship, and community education, Dr. DeJ’a continues to make a meaningful impact in Delaware and beyond.

Cali Williams

Cali Williams is a 19-year-old graduate of Middletown High School, where she excelled as a student-athlete and served as an ambassador for the Criminal Justice Pathway. Upon graduation, she was honored with the Excellence in Criminal Justice Award and participated in several youth police academies, earning a Leadership Award from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Cali currently attends Delaware Technical Community College, where she is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. Her long-term goal is to serve her community as a Delaware State Trooper.

Passionate about public safety and child victim advocacy, Cali created “UNSEEN: The Hidden Crisis,” a community awareness initiative that provides high school and college students with preventative education about human trafficking. Through this work, she hopes to empower young people with the knowledge and resources needed to recognize and prevent exploitation.

Outside of her advocacy efforts, Cali is an avid reader and writer. She is a proud recipient of a National Gold Key Scholastic Writing Award and believes literacy is one of the most powerful tools for personal growth and opportunity.

A lifelong Delawarean, Cali comes from a family with roots in the First State dating back nearly 400 years. She is deeply honored to be a daughter of the American Revolution and is committed to carrying forward a legacy of service, leadership, and community involvement.
