We’re reaching out with an invitation to help us spread the word about an important upcoming event hosted by the Office of Women’s Advancement & Advocacy (OWAA) in partnership with the Delaware Anti-Trafficking Action Council (DATAC).

This free, virtual session is designed to go beyond the basic definition of human trafficking and explore the realities, misconceptions, warning signs, and vulnerabilities that are often overlooked. Participants will learn what trafficking can actually look like, who may be vulnerable, how traffickers exploit vulnerabilities, and where to turn for help.

You may think you know what human trafficking looks like. This conversation may change what you see. Learning what we may not know can help us recognize what we might otherwise overlook.

We’re reaching out with a heartfelt invitation to help us spread the word about an important upcoming event hosted by the Office of Women’s Advancement & Advocacy (OWAA) in partnership with the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition.

This free, virtual session is designed for young girls, preteens, and teenagers—but we strongly encourage parents to join as well. Even for adults, there’s new and evolving information about breast health that many of us didn’t learn when we were younger. The conversation will be educational, empowering, and eye-opening for families.

We chose the 6:30 PM start time to make it easier for families to participate after work and school. Please help us share this opportunity with your networks—schools, churches, youth programs, and community groups—so that Delaware’s young women and their parents can benefit from this vital discussion.
