Statewide New Employee Orientation
A program to welcome and prepare new State of Delaware Employees for their role in state government.
The Statewide New Employee Orientation (SNEO) is an in-person initiative designed to provide a consistent, welcoming, and informative onboarding experience for new State of Delaware employees. SNEO helps new hires understand their benefits, workplace expectations, and resources as they begin their roles.
The program recently celebrated its first anniversary with the completion of its 23rd session. Over the past year, SNEO has provided guidance on employee benefits, State policies, and public service to nearly 2,000 new employees.
