What Our Management Says
"Employees now arrive at the facility on their second day prepared, informed, and ready to begin their roles. The program also provides new staff with the opportunity to be formally introduced to the HR department, gain insight into state governance, and spend a full day learning about the State of Delaware and its mission, setting a strong foundation for engagement and success."
