Salary Negotiation Workshops
The Office of Women’s Advancement & Advocacy (OWAA), with the Delaware Women’s Workforce Council and AAUW of Delaware, is offering salary negotiation workshops that will help participants gain the skills and confidence to successfully negotiate their salary and benefits packages. The virtual workshops will be offered at no cost to participants but registration is required.
At this workshop, participants will learn:
- About the gender pay gap, including its personal consequences;
- How to quantify and articulate your value;
- How to conduct objective market research and determine a fair target salary; and
- How to create a strategic pitch and respond to salary offers.
